The Vietnam office of dcmstudios was established in 1990 and was one of the first international practices to provide truly international capability, representation and design consultancy services in this exciting new emerging market. The architectural practice is now a fully registered Vietnamese professional company with a complement of over 20 professional staff based in Ho Chi Minh City and directed by James Gibson, with his exceptional 15 years of experience and understanding of Vietnamese architectural design practice. He is supported by Mai Quang Tri, the dynamic locally based director of the Vietnam office, who leads up a team of both locally and internationally qualified architects, designers and technical staff who are able to deliver projects in Vietnam to the highest international design standard. dcmstudios vietnam continues to carry out significant commercial, hospitality, mixed use and urban design projects for government institutions, international and local investors, and educational institutions of note.
