Kin-lam Kwan Bachelor of Arts (Architectural Studies), University of Hong Kong Bachelor of Architecture, University of Hong Kong Member, Hong Kong Institute of Architects Member, Royal Institute of British Architects Authorized Person Architect, Hong Kong Registered Architect, Hong Kong Kin-lam Kwan is a distinguished graduate of the University of Hong Kong. In 1984, he was able to gain a position at the Hong Kong Design Office of Denton Corker Marshall under the direction and leadership of James Gibson. In over 20 yrs with the practice Kin Lam's exceptional ability was acknowledged early when he become an associate director of the international practice in 1989. He was elevated to the position of Project Director in 2003, as a direct response to the exciting new direction adopted by the design practice in its new structure as dcmstudios. Kwan's experience is extensive and comprehensive having led a wide variety of projects to a highly successful conclusion in Hong Kong and the region. He has extensive experience in project delivery especially in the design and contract administration of major developments.
