The Quays at Business Bay, Dubai
James Gibson has been exploring new markets for dcmstudios and in the last 2 years, much focus has been accorded to the Middle East in countries such as United Arab Emirates, Dubai and Qatar; dcmstudios won the major international residential project in Dubai's Business Bay comprising 500 fixed apartments and luxury units all with individual moorings, clubhouse facilities and restaurants & bars. Design work for this project is currently underway and construction will commence in the ensuing 6 months.
