Proposed Office Development in Chengdu, China
dcmstudios has been appointed by Chengdu Tianhe Real Estate Development Co Ltd to design a major office development in Chengdu, Sichuan Province with a total gross floor area of over 100,000sqm in addition to 3 levels of underground carpark accommodating a total of 1,000 cars.
The schematic design of the project, recently completed, consists on twin towers connected through a podium clubhouse and F&B block.
